All daily and weekly rates include electric, water and sewer. Monthly
and long-term reservations include 400KWH of electric, water and
sewer. All rates are for one unit/tent per site or a cabin
with up to 4 person occupancy. There is an additional charge for more
than 4 people with a maximum of 6 people per site/cabin.
A deposit is required for all reservations and guarantees you a
site/cabin. Preferences are honored , but are not
guaranteed.
Cancellation notice of 14 days (non-holiday) or 30 days (holiday &
month or more) prior to arrival date is required for a refund of
deposit. **NO EXCEPTIONS** |
