Daily and weekly rates include electric, water and sewer. Monthly
and long-term reservations include water and
sewer. All rates are for one unit/tent per site or a cabin
with up to 4 person occupancy. There is an occupancy maximum per site/rental
unit. A deposit is required for all reservations and guarantees
you a site/rental unit. Preferences are honored , but are not
guaranteed. A cancellation or rescheduling notice of 14 days (non-holiday) or 30 days
(holiday & month or more) prior to arrival date is required for a
refund of deposit. Any other cancellation will result in a loss of the
deposit. Cancellation fee of 20% of deposit applies |
